Paintings

I am particularly fascinated by painting on fabric. I use stretcher frames covered with fabric for my paintings. It is exciting to find the right motifs and to face the challenge of patterned fabrics, coarse and fine textures.

I usually find my inspiration in nature. With my images I want to show how beautiful, valuable and worthy of protection our earth and its inhabitants are.

I am especially pleased to be able to sell most of my paintings in elegant, high-quality frames made by my husband from various types of wood.

Sustainability is important to me, so the fabrics and some of my frames are second-hand.
